Legal informations

Our goal is to put all the software for the ST/Falcon online, but you won't find here any software that is still in development, or any software that is still available in retail stores! We don't want to destroy the last companies supporting the ATARI ST platform!

So you might be wondering why we put all this stuff online? Our opinion is that the software will be forgotten within the time and there are still a lot of people out there who use the Atari for games and applications! As you know, it's a pain in the ass to search the whole web for what you're looking for!

The software you'll find here on the Hang Loose website may still be under copyright, but none of the games/apps you'll find here can be purchased directly from retail stores. You might be able to find some used disks. But there is no way to get them through the official channels, because they do not exist anymore. So these copies here are still not legal to own, but you are not directly harming the Atari ST market anymore.

If there should be something still available online, please drop us a mail and we'll remove it as soon as possible!
